Charter Concierge in Croatia
If you are planning a sailing holiday in Croatia but haven’t booked a yacht yet, charter concierge support can save you time, money and stress.
I help you choose the right sailing yacht and charter base based on real charter experience—so your week matches your expectations.

What Is Charter Concierge Support ?
Charter concierge is practical guidance before your trip: choosing confirmably suitable options and avoiding common charter mistakes.
Unlike generic advice, this support is based on real-life charter conditions, sailing areas and what actually matters on board for a comfortable week.
Who This Is For
- you are chartering in Croatia for the first time
- you are unsure which base to choose (Split, Trogir, Šibenik, Dubrovnik…)
- confirming whether a yacht listing truly matches your needs
- you want a relaxed week without over-ambitious routes
- you want a skipper-led sailing experience but need help choosing the right setup
What I Help You With ?
- choosing the right sailing yacht size and layout for your group
- selecting a charter base that fits your route plans and arrival logistics
- understanding differences between listings (what matters and what doesn’t)
- setting realistic expectations for comfort, space, equipment and performance
- planning a practical route concept based on season, weather patterns and crew experience
- advice on provisioning approach, marinas vs anchorages, and daily rhythm
Realistic Expectations = Better Charters
Many charter disappointments come from unrealistic expectations—about speed, space, equipment, and what can be done in a week.
The goal of concierge support is simple: a plan that fits your crew, your comfort level and real sailing conditions in Croatia.
If you are deciding between a sailing monohull and a catamaran, the “best” option depends on your group, comfort expectations and sailing style.
As part of charter concierge support, I help you choose a practical layout (cabins, heads, saloon space) that fits your crew and avoids common charter mistakes.
- number of cabins and heads vs real crew comfort
cockpit and saloon space (daily living)
sailing feel and performance expectations
- marina and anchoring preferences (space vs handling)

Optional: Hostess service
If you want a fully supported onboard experience, a skipper and hostess option can be arranged upon request, depending on dates and availability.
The hostess handles provisioning, planning, preparing, and serving half-board meals on the yacht—including breakfast, light lunch, snacks, and tea/coffee. Lunches feature simple Mediterranean and Balkan dishes like pasta, risotto, and salads (due to kitchen limits), though her resourcefulness often yields more elaborate surprises. Note: She’s not a chef, so skip haute cuisine expectations or requests. For gourmet dining, hire a private chef.
